We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please notify us of damaged merchandise within 72 hours of receipt.
Most products may be returned within 30 days as long as they have not been used and are resalable.
Open, non-defective bedding (sheets, pillows, comforters and duvet sets, etc.) are not returnable for reasons of health and hygiene.
Customers are responsible for securely shipping and insuring products returned to Stellaris Worldwide.
All silk products include care instructions and/or care labels.
Please read and follow the care instructions.
Silk is a luxurious fiber and will last a long time if given the proper care.
We cannot accept returns for improperly laundered silk.
When making your return, please include your name, address, phone number, email address if available, and your invoice #.
For credit, we need the credit card number and expiration date of the card used to make the purchase.
